Warm-up exercises for public speaking

Posted by netrix
Published on 25 February 2022

On our fear of public speaking courses, we reveal a number of exercises that will reduce your anxiety. Most of these exercises revolve around posture, breathing and relaxation.

If you're thinking about improving your speaking, one of the easiest methods is to invest time in preparing your body and using some well-known warm-up exercises.

We see and read about athletes who religiously follow their exercise regime. Warming-up is a discipline and mindset worth following in terms of improved results.

I do not have a spectacular voice but it's much improved since I explored the development opportunities.

The good news is that you don't have to spend hours every day on this. 5-10 fun minutes is enough to become interested and motivated in the process.

If you use these exercises regularly and move on to the vocal development materials, that alone will give you greater confidence in your vocal work.

So give them a try. There's nothing to lose. Good luck.  warm-up exercises
