Assertiveness Coaching Courses and Workshops London

Sometimes in life we have to take a stand. Not always for yourself, but perhaps you have an elderly relative or friend of the family who has become vulnerable. Occasionally, some people are unable to defend and assert their rights. Sometimes, they will need an advocate. Could it be you?
On this short course, you will be able to do the following activities:
- Evaluate your current level of assertiveness
- Improve self-esteem
- Articulate your opinions
- Develop better relationships
- Develop behaviour-change goals
- Speaking up with assertive language, voice quality and body language
- Practice working out conflict
- Measure your assertiveness progress
A half day workshop 1-2-1 lasts 3.5 hours. It is quite intensive work, but the results are always effective. You will also have exercises to take away and you'll be able to practise them at home with friends and family.
